You can call us on 01622 734555 to arrange a telephone consult with one of our vets. Our telephone consultations are available by appointment. Simply call us and arrange a convenient time for you. Payment is also easy and can be arranged over the phone when booking your appointment. We will offer this service during the ongoing Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic to ensure that our patients can still get access to veterinary care, even if their pet parents are unable to leave the home. Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Coronavirus-COVID-19 is a concern for everyone and many people are wondering what this means for them and their pets. 

There is no evidence of animals becoming unwell or transmitting the human COVID-19 strain. COVID-19 poses minimal risk to the majority of the population. However, we are introducing some basic measures in the interests of the wellbeing of our clients, their pets and our colleagues:

  • Please use hand sanitiser or hand-washing facilities upon entering the practice

  • For routine appointments, where possible, please keep to one person per pet

  • Please continue to follow NHS advice found here 

  • If you are unsure as to how urgently your pet needs to see a vet, we are always happy to give advice over the phone

  • To reduce the number of people in the waiting area, we are very happy for you to wait for your appointment in your car. Just let us know if this is your preference
