Fees and Insurance
This section includes an outline of how we deal with insurance, our payment methods and terms. If you wish to make a payment over the phone, please call accounts on 01622 632841 between 9am – 4.30pm Monday-Friday.
Our settlement terms depend upon the type of animal being seen.
The Veterinary Hospital – Bills are due for settlement at the end of the consultation, the discharge of your pet or upon collection of drugs/diet foods. We cannot offer account facilities via The Veterinary Hospital.
Equine Veterinary Clinic – Unless prior arrangements have been made for the setting up of an account, bills are due for immediate settlement. You may apply for a 14 day account but references may be required. Invoices are issued twice a month and must be paid within 14 days.
