Continuous Care

It’s What We Do

The Continuous Care Centre is an expansion of our out-of-hours Emergency Service (PETS) providing Emergency, Critical Care, Intensive Care and Ongoing Care Services 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

Our aim is to provide affordable, good quality care by experienced clinicians for patients needing critical care, intensive care and ongoing care.

Our Team

An experienced veterinary surgeon and veterinary nurse will be available day and night to deal with your pet. You can see a little background information about each of our staff members in the Staff section of this website.

Patient Care

Your veterinary surgery has recommended us, and we thank you for entrusting us with your pet’s care.

We aim to keep you regularly updated and involved with the care of your pet. If you have any concerns and wish to speak to us, please do not hesitate to phone us on 01622 734054.

Our veterinary surgeons will also be in regular contact with your veterinary surgeon, keeping them updated on your pet’s status, progress, and plan of action. A report and full history, including radiographs (where appropriate), will be sent on completion of the case.

If we feel that your pet’s condition warrants referral to an external Specialist Centre, we will tell you and your veterinary surgeon as soon as possible.
