Sarah has worked for Newnham Court Veterinary Practice since 2014, while here she has completed a NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service. Sarah’s role is to answer the incoming telephone calls and process insurance claims forms.
Sarah has one rescue cat and in her spare time enjoys going for walks with her miniature daschund.
Penny first joined Newnham Court in 2002 as part of the reception team. In 2010 she took over the administration of our wonderful Pet Health club which now has over 2000 members. Penny is also responsible for sending out patient reminders to ensure that they are kept up to date with their vaccinations, flea and worming treatment.
Sarah has worked in the veterinary industry since leaving school in 2001. Her first role was as a pre-vet nurse which she did for eight years before deciding to go into customer services. Sarah joined Newnham Court in 2016 where she assists with the busy switchboard, answers the emails and helps with the completion of insurance forms. Sarah has a NVQ level 2 in Customer Service.
Rachel has only recently joined Newnham Court as receptionist in August this year. She comes from a strong customer service background and enjoys greeting our lovely clients and their pets! Rachel has two cats (Coco & Mocha), two leopard geckos (Bailey & Ditto) and a corn snake called Coral.
Maria has 9 years customer service experience. This is her first role working in the veterinary industry but she is excited to learn a new set of skills. She shares her life with Tilly, who was a rescue cat.
